Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The online store operating at www.teddydogsshop.com.pl is managed by: ILONA SAMEK, with the principal place of business located at: ul. Parkowa 47a, 71-220 Bezrzecze, NIP: 8551352265
2. The Store can be contacted via e-mail at: teddydogs@op.pl or by phone at: +48  881 795 702
3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders for products available in the Store, paying the purchase price and delivery costs, the Customer’s right to cancel an order and withdraw from the contract, as well as the procedures for submitting and handling complaints.

§ 2. Placing Orders

1. To make purchases in the Store, the Customer must have an active e-mail account.
2. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. To place an order, the Customer must select products, add them to the shopping cart, complete the order form (including shipping details), and choose the preferred delivery and payment method.
4. Clicking the “Buy and Pay” button (or an equivalent button) constitutes placing an order with an obligation to pay and concluding the Sales Agreement.

§ 3. Payments and Delivery

1. All prices displayed in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. The Store offers the following payment methods: online bank transfers (payment gateway) and BLIK.
3. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer. The exact delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart before the order is placed.
4. Orders are shipped via courier companies (e.g., InPost, DPD).
5. The order processing time is from 1 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description.

§ 4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. In accordance with consumer protection laws, a Customer acting as a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
2. Returned products must not show signs of use and must include the original tags/labels.
3. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products for animals are not eligible for return.
4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
5. Detailed return procedures and the return address are provided in the “Return Policy” section.

§ 5. Complaints (Warranty)

1. The Store is obliged to provide the Customer with goods free from defects.
2. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under the legal guarantee of conformity.
3. Complaints should be submitted via email to: teddydogs@op.pl.
4. The Store shall respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

§ 6. Final Provisions

1. The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons. For contracts concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions, the version of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of placing the order shall apply.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
